Updated December 21, 2023The Haixn Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") is updated by Digital Horizons, Inc and its affiliates (collectively, “Digital Horizons†or “we†or “us†or “ourâ€) with effective date mentioned above.
Overview
We respect the privacy rights of users and recognize the importance of protecting your information. We provide a cloud-based digital content authoring and management platform. Our products enable people to research and compile knowledge, create content and documents, share knowledge and ideas, collaborate and work together. This Privacy Policy explains how information (including personal data as defined under GDPR) is collected, retained, used, disclosed, and transferred by Digital Horizons and the available choices you have with regard to your personal information. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected, used or shared by Digital Horizons when you use or access our websites, products, mobile applications or services (collectively "Services" or "our Services"), including when you attend a Digital Horizons event or otherwise interact with us.
Business Accounts
If you use our Services as part of a business, an entity, or a non-profit (collectively “Organizationâ€), that has an agreement with Digital Horizons, then the terms of that agreement between the Organization and Digital Horizons will supersede this Privacy Policy where the terms overlap.

Digital Horizons complies with applicable data protection, privacy, and security breach notification laws.

Digital Horizons Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
